Times flies so fast and we have entered March of 2023. I believe you all have a very wonderful Chinese New Year this year. As we got the chance to meet and chat with people who have not seen each other for quite a long time. Entering March, there is a festival called International Women’s Day which fall on March 8th. Every year on March 8th, it is a festival to celebrate women's important contributions and achievements in various fields such as economy, politics and society. Many countries believe that women's contributions and achievements need to be recognized regardless of their nationality, ethnicity, language, culture, economic status, political or social position.

There are different ways to celebrate this day in different countries. In Romania, women's day is celebrated like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Men will prepare flowers and small gifts for the women around them, while children will also prepare handmade gifts to their mothers, grandmothers or female teachers. Besides, in Italy and Russia, the ladies also receive flowers, chocolates or small gifts from the men. In Portugal, women will organize a dinner or a party to reunite with their best friends. Of course, some countries also set March 8th as a statutory holiday.

In fact, all women should be respected and loved, no matter they are housewives, farmers, or office ladies. In addition to respecting and loving ladies, we can also show our concern for them, by offering them a good cup of tea or useful essential oils, which can also contribute to their health.

Adimis here appeal to all women, be nice to yourself, remember to love yourself first, then only love others. We also wish all women, Happy International Women’s Day.
